Brandywine Maples areĀ a fantastic addition to almost everyone’s landscape because of some pretty great features. This Maple changes to a rich Brandywine like color in the fall that is striking especially when planted with Green trees or shrubs or Blue Evergreens. I made a page about this great Tree for everyone. Check it out at www.landscapenashville.com which is my Home page. The direct link is www.landscapenashville.com/brandywine-maple.html I hope you enjoy this plant as much as I do.
Thanks
We are thinking about purchasing the Brandywine Maple tree and were wondering what time of year would be best to plant it. We are in zone 9. Any info. would greatly be appreciated.
Planting a Brandywine Maple should be done in the Dormant Season which is when most plants are dormant for Winter. Fall is a good time because plants are beginning to go dormant. When conditions are cold trees dig in with their root systems getting established while not concentrating on leafy growth where you can see it.
I hope this helps you decide to plant one of these fantastic trees.
